There's already a few attempts to warn of major threats or offer advice on the permanent side of the communication rock, but nothing so organized as a guide- and that still assumes that newcomers would be able to find the rock in the first place, instead of being left somewhere inconvenient or hostile... hm, I'll have to keep thinking it over.
