[The memory itself doesn't bother her. It had been commonplace to see the children die after a certain point of her memory. They had understood and knew a bottle of pills was the only thing between them and death.

Then even the pills didn't help anymore, temporarily putting a halt on the project and the artificial children segment of it. She can't remember how long after this took them to find another girl to use because something in them wasn't quite right.

But the normalcy of the image, to her, makes her react like it's just a normal day. It's Ignis that starts to make her nervous.

She doesn't want to answer.

[Comes the quiet response to all three questions. That's how it was and it's all she knew. Was it supposed to be any other way? They tried to save them with pills and they still dropped like flies, one by one. She learned to not question things that wouldn't change.]
