[The word "superheroes" elicits a wry smile from Wade. He's always longed to hear that word ascribed to him-- it had been an aspiration of his ever since he was a child. But hearing Luna use the word to describe him and Al is somewhat bittersweet. The girl he had saved and the boy in the suit of armor were gone now, and he was the only one who was left, as usual. Surviving didn't seem all that heroic, when you really thought about it. It was just something that Wade did.

Still, no reason to impart any of his cynical feelings to this kid, this kid who looks at him with something approaching awe. He forces out a more genuine grin.]

Yeah, that's Al all right-- he always seemed way too old for fifteen. Sometimes he even seemed older'n me. Heh. There were some things he never stopped bein' a little kid about, though-- especially cats. He, uh... he loved cats.
